STREET SEALING PROJECT - BEGINS MONDAY JUNE 30!

The street sealing project is expected to begin next week. Please see the schedule below.

• Monday June 23: The south side of the west villas will commence first and work their way up to the horseshoe, ending at the former statute.

  
  

• Tuesday 24th will skip. (This helps keep the cars parked on Mulberry manageable and without double up)

  
  

• Wednesday 25th: The north side of the west villas.

As of now, we are unsure of the expected start time in the morning however we expect it to be fairly early so you may want to park your car in another area the evening before your area will be done if this is more convenient for you. Please also note that the owners must stay off the treated surface overnight.

We are scheduling security overnight beginning Sunday - Thursday (10 pm to 6 am) to have security overnight while this project is being complete.

Please speak with your neighbors to spread the word and limit inconveniences as much as possible!

As always weather could impact this schedule however we plan to keep everyone updated through completion of the project.
